- Design and evolve the shared platform used to build production AI agents across multiple product areas
- Define reusable foundations for agent orchestration, context construction, retrieval, memory, tool execution, state management, structured workflows, safety controls, human escalation, evaluation, observability, and model access and routing
- Give product engineers a reliable foundation for developing new AI capabilities without rebuilding the same infrastructure for every use case
Staff Applied AI Engineer, Agents
About the Role
Build and deploy production AI agents for complex enterprise workflows, from initial design through production, and turn what you learn into reusable engineering patterns.
Key Areas
- Take technical ownership of sophisticated AI agent deployments from initial design through production
- Understand the underlying workflow, design the right agent architecture, integrate with customer systems, evaluate behavior, resolve edge cases, and ensure reliable production performance
- Own outcomes rather than simply completing one piece of the implementation
Senior AI Engineer (Agentic Systems & AI Platforms)
About the Role
Build and ship production AI systems, including agentic pipelines, RAG architectures, and cloud-native AI platforms, that integrate into real workflows and continuously improve through feedback.

- Design, build, and optimize agentic AI pipelines for automation and workflow intelligence
- Develop and deploy RAG-based systems using vector databases and contextual retrieval
